Owners and Users of a ca2 based Item – a ca2 based Item is either an Application, Library
Platform or any Derived Work that during runtime uses ca2 Platform and/or other ca2 based Item(s) directly in
its Binary form or Source Code form – must be bound to this This License.
Such derived Item may have its Own License. This Own License should be a super set of
ca2 License, optionally stating in that it is a super set of ca2 License or is
bound to "ca2 License" and must not invalidate or conflict with it. The User of any ca2 based Item
must, for each Contained Sub Item, accept any bound License (and automatically be
granted access and charged if not already done so in any potential Period of Charge) accordingly to
a minimum level of Access that the ca2 based Item requires the Contained Sub Item to operate.
